1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and juan567 ("juan567", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the juan567 online gaming platform, accessible at juan567.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

juan567 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where satisfactory proof is not provided within a reasonable period, juan567 may suspend or permanently close the relevant account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of juan567 services — including placing wagers, receiving bonuses, and processing withdrawals — you must register a single, personal account on the Platform. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one (1) registered account with juan567. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held across duplicate accounts.

Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep that information up to date throughout the duration of your membership. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and linked payment details (e.g., GCash number, BPI or BDO account).

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. juan567 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. juan567 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on juan567 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The Platform supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• Deposits are generally processed in real time, subject to the operational hours and technical availability of the relevant payment provider.

5Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are only available to members who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per member, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6Gameplay & Fairness

11Limitation of Liability

juan567's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their juan567 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

juan567 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We recommend maintaining up-to-date security software on all devices used to access juan567.

12Termination & Account Closure

You may close your juan567 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

juan567 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation upon request.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the juan567 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We will use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receiving your written complaint.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within the specified timeframe, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

juan567 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
